Jake Latimer | President & CEO

Jake Latimer is a former pro racer and entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in flat track motorcycle racing and road racing. Latimer purchased what was formerly known as Vintage Dirt Track Racing Association (VDTRA) in 2017. Since then, he has grown the series to include classes for all ages and all types of motorcycles. He has expanded the schedule, promoting numerous events across the western United States. Latimer also runs Grand Prix Speedworks, desiginng and building fiberglass and carbon fiber bodywork for racing and custom motorcycles.

Jared Neal | Vice President, Operations

Jared Neal has been with National Flat Track since day one. He is the heart and soul of the series and provides the necessary focus to event operations. Neal oversees racer registration, ticketing, timing & scoring, series points, and merchandise sales. Eight years into the series, Neal is looking forward to further streamlining operations and continued growth of the series.

Jason Baffrey | Vice President, Branding & Communications

Jason Baffrey brings nearly 40 years experience in motorsports marketing, promotions, and communications to the NFT team. He has worked as a producer and host for motorsports television, and been involved in motorsports facility and event management. He has raced most of his life an both two wheels and four wheels. Baffrey has provided marketing and communications for multiple businesses and ran a creative media agency.
