National Flattrack invades the mighty Tri State Speedway during the annual Steel Horse rally in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Tri State speedway is a fast, banked smooth 3/8 mile racetrack voted best racetrack years running. You will see some incredible racing from young to old- both racers and bikes.
