Thrilling Professional Speedway Motorcycle Racing invades Texas at NFT Season Opener

Some of the Country’s TOP Professional Speedway Motorcycle Racers are poised to battle it out at the National Flattrack Season opening weekend during the World Famous Texas Fandango April 5-6. Last year racers from the West Coast and beyond met at the purposely built track at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds in Fredericksburg, TX and proceeded to battle it out over 2 days with top prize money courtesy of Bill Miller from Texas Automotive Equipment Company and Mark Leopold.

“We have been working with Jake from National Flattrack for several years, specifically here in Fredericksburg” Mark Leopold states “Together with National Flattrack and the great crew here at the fairgrounds we built an exact replica of the World Famous Costa Mesa Speedway for the racers. We have some of California’s hottest Speedway riders including Rees Todd and Michael Wells coming to try their hand at taking the Texas money” Mark continues “It’s not going to be an easy task as believe it or not there are some local Texas racers that are more than capable of taking the Gold including Tom Kern, Kerry Glaze, Bill Miller and Gary Hinton”

Thousands of people are set to witness racing of all kinds during the Texas Fandango including Mini-Bike races, Chopper drag races, Motorcycle Speedway, Modern and Vintage Flattrack and more.

“It has been a pleasure to work hand in hand with the Cherokee Chapter of the AMCA and the entire crew to continue to help build and play a part in the Texas Fandango getting bigger and better every single year, and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime” Jake continues “Together with great partnerships we have established some long term plans to guarantee this is the race of the year that no one wants to miss”
